Diana has coached and facilitated training to audiences of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. She facilitates training and conducts executive coaching in Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Tokyo, Manila, Sydney, Melbourne, Jakarta, India and Switzerland.
Diana was the vice president of learning and development for Asia Pacific – JPMorgan Chase Bank. Before that, she was director, global talent, learning and development at UBS Investment Bank. Her corporate experience also includes a client-facing role with United Overseas Bank where she primarily focused in consumer and retail banking. At The Development Bank of Singapore, Diana’s role focused on training retail bank employees, focusing on the soft skills of communication, decision making and leadership effectiveness.

Diana earned her master’s degree in training and human resource management from the University of Leicester. She is a certified trainer in Singapore Training and Development Association (STADA) Teambuilding Events and Wilson Learning Management and Mind Resources Multiple Intelligences. She also is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and an adjunct faculty coach with the Centre for Creative Leadership.
Diana is accredited and able to facilitate a wide range of tools: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Leadership Compass (Centre for Creative Leadership), Occupational Personality Questionnaire, Priority System, Strength Deployment Inventory, Interpersonal Leadership Style, Social Styles, DISC Dimension of Behaviors, Team Management System, Multiple Intelligences, WorkPlace Big 5 Profile and Emotional Intelligence.
