As Practice Leader, her focus is on building extraordinary productivity in individuals, and a culture of productivity in teams and organizations. She is a co-author of the #1 Wall Street Journal bestseller The 5 Choices: The Path to Extraordinary Productivity, in addition to Project Management Essentials for the Unofficial Project Manager and Presentation Advantage.

Prior to FranklinCovey, Kory spent six years as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations for AlphaGraphics, Inc. She was responsible for the teams and projects that assisted franchisees in the startup of their business, staff development and profitability. She led the implementation of ISO 9000 globally, and managed the installation of the first companywide global-learning system.

 

Kory has been featured on Inc.com and on its Productivity Playbook online series, on Fast Company.com, Forbes.com, and in Investor’s Business Daily. She has also appeared on NBC’s TODAY with Hoda Kotb.
