Mark Josie
Senior Vice President, Business Outcomes
Mark Josie is a 29-year veteran of FranklinCovey. He currently serves as senior vice president over the Business Outcomes Practice, International Direct Offices, and Government Services.
Mark is one of the original architects, responsible for building The 4 Disciplines of Execution® practice, and has had a heavy influence on the content, implementation process, and sustainability tools.
Prior to FranklinCovey, Mark worked as a senior leader in the retail golf industry. He has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Management and Organizational Behavior from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
Mark’s passions include spending time with his family, running, skiing, reading, playing drums, and mountain biking. Mark and his wife LeAnn have four children and reside in Midway, Utah.
