Ronnie leads the FranklinCovey offices in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan. His global career as senior management spans across many locations throughout Asia in sales and marketing, hi-tech manufacturing, human resources, and operation management.
Prior to his current role, Ronnie was group executive vice president for Asia Pacific and head of global talent management of a global Fortune 500 consulting firm where he was responsible for the group’s strategy formulation and execution of its vision within Asia Pacific as well as strategy development and growth of the group’s talent management business worldwide.

His earlier career as vice president and managing director for the Asia region of another international consulting firm saw him driving the firm’s fast pace expansion within Asia Pacific. He was instrumental in attaining successful business growth throughout Asia, thus achieving the best business performing region worldwide for many years.
Ronnie has extensive consulting experience working with many Fortune 500 companies particularly in the area of leadership effectiveness, leader development, assessment solutions, executive coaching, organizational-wide change effort and succession management strategy formulation and implementation covering a broad range of industries from financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing to chemical and hospitality.
Ronnie has an MBA from University of Chicago GSB and a BBBA from RMIT University, in addition to a professional diploma in management studies (major in HRM).
