Coaching and Consulting Experience

Brad has nearly 10 years of experience as an executive coach.  He specializes in cultivating adaptability via executive coaching for individuals and teams, custom leadership development programs and organizational development coaching.  Brad values the role he gets to play in contributing to the success of others and regards this as an incredible privilege.  His coaching clients are typically CEOs and their direct reports in high-growth organizations or divisions. They are committed to achieving goals in all areas of their lives, and creating thriving and adaptable businesses where people love to work.

While at Electronic Arts (EA), Brad was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and relocated to a new country at age 35.  Soon after moving into this role and geographic relocation, he was charged with running all talent programs for the company globally. Through this, Brad has first-hand experience with the pressure executives feel when trying to simultaneously execute strategies and develop the capacity of themselves and the company. He helps leaders achieve results, develop outstanding talent and leverage new and innovative ways to approach people and culture development through his blend of progressive talent theory and strategies, pragmatism, and a positive, casual style.

Brad spent over 25 years in HR spanning multiple sectors, countries, fast growth start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies. He was the VP, Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness for EA’s 9,000 employees, and prior to that the VP of HR for its 15 worldwide studios. He’s been the HR Leader for two start-ups and began his career in Silicon Valley working at Netscape and EA during their hyper-growth years.
