Home & Families | FranklinCovey
What is FranklinCovey’s ‘Home and Families’?
For over 30 years, FranklinCovey’s mission has been tied to the importance and value of a strong family culture – no matter what that family looks like. In 2005, we partnered with the leadership of the US Army Strong Bonds initiative. Our role in that partnership was to apply our principle-centered content in a way that supported strong Soldiers and Service Members, strong marriages, and strong military families. That partnership continues today, and we have reached over one million soldiers, service members, and families through the instruction of certified military facilitators. We are committed to the continued the support of Chaplains across the globe by expanding the use of our Home and Families content to service members across all branches of the US Armed Forces.
How do we work with Army and Air Force?
Strong Bonds is a unit-based, chaplain-led program which assists commanders in building individual resiliency by strengthening the Army & Air Force Family. The core mission of the Strong Bonds program is to increase individual Soldier, Airmen and Family member readiness through relationship education and skills training.
How do we work with Marine Corps, Navy, and Coast Guard?
The same Home and Families suite of content is available to the Navy’s CREDO program, Marine Corp Community Services, and Coast Guard personnel through individual purchases and certification. For more information, please contact [email protected]
Who is FranklinCovey?
FranklinCovey is the world leader in helping organizations achieve results that require lasting changes in human behavior. Behavior change is often the most difficult challenge for any individual, family or organization and, when accomplished, it is also the most durable competitive advantage.
FranklinCovey ‘Home and Families’ Programs
Being a member of the armed forces can pose a unique set of challenges. In addition to the routine difficulties of life that all people face, Service Members and their Families must also deal with the stress of deployment, separation from friends and family, and the realities of combat. Unmanaged stress can potentially lead to high-risk behaviors impacting individual readiness and unit mission success.
