As a facilitator and executive coach Jason is known for his engaging and dynamic presentation style. He brings over 15 years of experience guiding organizations to make impactful changes by helping teams improve their communication and collaboration. Jason has consulted for firms in industries including banking, engineering, software, legal, pharmaceutical, insurance, non-profits, health care, and entertainment. He has facilitated at all levels of these organizations, from Boards to Directors and chief officers through front-line contributors. His corporate experience includes Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois and Texas and Vista Consulting Group, an internal arm of a private-equity firm which specializes in Software-as- a-Service (SAAS) acquisitions. Jason has been a guest facilitator for the business schools at Harvard, Booth-Chicago, and the Smith School/Queen’s University in Toronto. His success with clients has led him to focus on executive presence, change management, organizational cultural, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion development.

 

Jason has a B.A. in Theater and belongs to the Screen Actors Guild and Actor’s Equity. He is certified to deliver and coach Insights Discovery, DISC, TTi Success Insights TriMetrix HD and 12 Driving Forces, and Situational Leadership II.
