She has worked with many Fortune 100 and 500 organizations representing a variety of industries including banking and finance, health care, automotive, and technology. Her energy is contagious, and presentations are inspiring, making her one of the most sought-after consultants in the company.

Prior to joining FranklinCovey in 1990, Jean served as Training Director for Computer Dynamics Institute in Virginia Beach, VA. Jean graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University.
