Kelly Smith is one of Franklin Covey’s most sought-after senior consultants. Kelly graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology from Brigham Young University. He worked in the Canadian energy industry for nine years. Kelly was the managing partner in a Franklin Covey affiliated consulting firm for four years. In 1997 Kelly became the first leader of the Western Canadian team for the newly merged Franklin Covey Canada. He currently serves as a senior consultant working directly with clients to deliver outstanding results. An avid outdoorsman, Kelly has spent hundreds of days in the Canadian Rockies, hiking, skiing, camping, mountain biking, spelunking, and tree climbing (grizzly avoidance strategy). He now runs a “ski school” for his grandkids.
