As a proud member of the FranklinCovey family, Rosann Santos has spent most of her career in the higher education space working with first generation students and their families. Rosann believes that 100% student engagement is an attainable goal with a little creativity and hard work. Her philosophy of success is rooted in understanding yourself and others from a place of strength rather than deficiency. Rosann has a Master’s Degree in history from the University at Albany, SUNY and a Bachelor’s Degree in Math and History from Syracuse University. She is fully bilingual in Spanish.
