Business/Organizational Leadership Experiences

Before launching her own consulting practice, Pamela enjoyed a 13-year tenure on the senior leadership team of New York University’s Stern School of Business, the latter decade as the assistant dean of career services and leadership development. During her 10 years as the leader of career services, she oversaw the recruiting process for all MBA students and alumni, providing counsel and support in their pursuit of post-MBA careers. Additionally, she cultivated corporate relationships across a diverse set of industries while managing a staff of 24 professionals who partnered with students, alumni, and companies.

In 2010, Pamela launched a Leadership Development Initiative — a comprehensive, personalized, leadership development curriculum that empowers graduate students to evolve as effective leaders – at New York University’s Stern School of Business. From 2004-2010, she simultaneously directed the Office of Student Activities, where she oversaw the co-curricular leadership development of MBA students and student clubs, creating synergies with the students’ career development goals and an integrated, best-in-class experience for Stern MBA students. During her tenure, Pamela implemented programmatic initiatives including an improved Career Development Program, tailored career resources for international students and the launch of the Career Center for Working Professionals, which provides life-long careers services to NYU Stern alumni. Prior to working at NYU, Pamela was a Strategic Change Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and an Associate in the Global Services division of Chase Manhattan Bank.
